Congratulations! You must be looking at my site because you have just gotten engaged, are thinking about getting engaged (and thus doing some preliminary research, which I must say is very smart), know someone who’s looking to be married, or just browsing photographs for general web surfing fun (which I do all the time).  Thus all-in-all (with the exception of the latter), requires a CONGRATULATIONS!

Weddings are filled with priceless moments that your family and friends will talk about for years to come and I am honored that you’ve taken the time to look at my website to consider me as the person who could capture those special moments for you.

With that said, I’m sure you’d like to know a little about me, who I am, and definitely what kind of shooter I am.

Well here’s me in a short  . . .

My name is Wendy, I am a California native, photographer, graphic designer, tandem surfer, dancer, hockey fan, spontaneous adventurer, history, mystery and medical geek, foodie and lover of life in general.  My friends would classify me as easy going, gets along with nearly everyone I meet kinda gal (with the exception of some Shark fans, which can’t really be held against me, cause after all, their shark fans . . . ;)).  In any case I enjoy meeting new people, learning about their lives and capturing once in a life time/awe inspiring moments through compelling and unique images.  My passion is documentary photography, I shoot as I see it, that’s how I best tell honest stories worth sharing.   I shoot documentary as well as weddings, as though I’m a fly on the wall, the constant observer, the historian, but when it comes to portraits, whether it be wedding parties or fine art portraiture it’s all about classic, sophisticated and fun creativity where everything is infused into a timeless piece of art.

It is of vital importance to find a photographer who doesn’t only produce aesthetically pleasing images but whose personality matches that of you and your significant other. After all this is a person who will be shadowing you for the entirety of one of the most important days of your life (well most of it) and so you want to make sure that you feel as comfortable with them as you do with any of your close friends, for that’s the secret ingredient to creating great images.

It’s always best to meet the photographers you’re interested in capturing your wedding prior to making your final decision to make sure they are as perfect a fit.

With that said, I hope that you’ll give me a ring or drop me an email when you are ready to schedule your meetings.
